Nashville Girls Weekend

I love nothing more than a quick weekend getaway with my girls!!  Last weekend a few of us got together and drove up to Nashville.  We had the best time.  We drank champagne while we shopped at a friend's boutique, Muse Nashville, in West End near Vanderbilt University.  Definitely check it out if you are in the area. She has the most adorable clothes and accessories at incredibly affordable prices.  I'll be sharing my purchases soon.

We then headed to the new Omni Nashville to check in.  The hotel is beyond amazing and the staff was wonderful.  We had a corner suite on the 18th floor and the view of downtown Nashville was unreal.

And check out the pool.  We wanted to try it out so bad, but it was a bit too chilly for pool time.

After freshening up and having a bit more champagne in our room, we headed to dinner at a new restaurant, The Farm House.  It's walking distance from the hotel, so that was perfect. We started with cocktails and appetizers.  We had the double deviled eggs and pork belly.  They were so yummy.  Then for dinner 2 of us had the hot chicken and other 2 the short rib.  Also equally yummy.  I highly recommend going here, especially if you are staying in downtown Nashville and want something a bit different and more upscale than typical bar food.

After dinner we walked next door to Etch for a quick glass of champagne before heading to do a little honky tonkin' on Broadway.  The bar area is small, but the 2 bartenders were so wonderful.  Definitely want to eat here on the next trip.

I love that we were able to do a good mix of upscale dining while also getting in just a bit of dancing and country music.  Can't wait to go back!!  XOXO
