Pretzel & Cookie Bark

Besides fashion and travel another thing that I enjoy is cooking.  Desserts are my favorite things to cook.  I'm always thrilled when I'm asked to make a dessert for a dinner or holiday.  I wanted to share what I made for Easter lunch because it was super easy and such a hit.

Items Needed:
White or Dark Baker's Chocolate or Almond Bark (took me about 72 oz.)
Pretzel Sticks (twists may also work)
Oreo's crushed (or whatever cookies you like)
M&M's (I used pastels for Easter, but any will do)
Extras... I used marshmellows this time.  Any nuts or other candies would work

Line a baking dish with wax paper or aluminum foil.  I start with pretzels, then layer the cookies, M&M's, and then added marshmellows.

Melt chocolate according to package direction.  At first try I didn't have enough chocolate and had to go back for more.  You'll notice in the picture below it's a little sparse.  Pour the chocolate over the top and put it in the fridge to harden.  Only takes about 20 min. or so.

Once it's hardened just break it apart and place in a bowl for serving.  And as my Mom would say it's so good it's stupid!!  I mean what wouldn't be good covered in white chocolate??

And here is the Christmas version that I did.  I love this because it's so easy to make festive for any occasion by changing up the ingredients in it.  XOXO
