Weekend Wrap Up

I had a jammed packed fun weekend and I hope you all had a great one as well.  I'm excited to share a new restaurant I tried and some other fun things!!  Seems like I did nothing but eat and drink my way through Friday and Saturday.  Oops!!

Jacket, old (similar)//Tee, old (similar)//Forever 21 jeans, old (similar)//BCBG pumps, old (similar)
Kate Spade clutch, sold out (similar)
Friday night outfit.

My sister and I decided to try out Babalu Tacos and Tapas and I'm so glad we did.  It was all super yummy!!  They recommend splitting a few items.  Here are some details of what we had, minus the tacos that we scarfed down before I could snap a pic.

The Babarita, so good!!

The Tamarind Margarita (was very surprised it was a martini)
It was good, but a bit sweet for my liking.

They make table side guacamole which is always a must in our book.  So good!!

After we split the tacos we also split the shrimp and grits.  They were amazing.  I could just eat the sauce by itself!!

Sweater, old (similar)//Jeans//Wedges, old (similar)//MK bag, old (similar)

Saturday outfit for running errands and grabbing a late lunch.

H&M dress, old (similar)//Pashmina from a cruise ship, old (similar)//Clutch, sold out (similar)
BCBG pumps, old (similar)

Saturday night outfit.

Saturday night my sister and I decided to get dressed up and attend the Mrs. Alabama America pageant. We are big fans of the show Game of Crowns that premiered last year based around pageants for married women.  We all know I won't pass up a chance to see a pageant.  It was a fun and quick pageant.  After, we headed for a late dinner at one of our go-to spots Seasons 52.  I tried a couple of drinks on the menu that I'd never had before.  Highly recommend both!!

Mango Jalapeno Crush (I had mine with vodka instead of gin)

Praire Mule (basically a Moscow Mule)  I feel extra fancy drinking out of a copper mug.

I hope you all have a great week and thanks for reading!!
